Threshers Starter Andrew Carpenter gave up one run in the first inning to the Bluejays, but buckled down and held them scoreless for the next six innings, and picked up his league leading eighth win in the process.
The Threshers picked up just two runs on the night, but that would be all the team needed as they went on to win 2-1.
