Threshers Lose Series Finale to Miracle

After grabbing the first two games of the series from the Miracle, the Threshers fell one run short in the final game of the three game set as the Miracle prevailed 5-4 in the game.
Threshers Starter Dan Brauer came into the game with an excellent 2.12 ERA, but could only manage two innings in the game giving up two runs on four hits with 2 Ks, 2 BB and a hit batter. Zac Stott took the loss for the team allowing three runs (2 earned) on six hits 2 Ks and a walk in 3.2 innings of work. Allen Davis finished the game for the team giving up no runs on one hit in the final 2.1 innings of the game.
For the offense Greg Golson got two hits including a double, and a run scored, Jeremy Slayden had a hit and 2 RBIs, had a hit with an RBI, Matt Thayer had a hit, 2 walks and two runs scored. Brad Harman had a double, while Clay Harris added a hit, and Fidel Hernandez reached on an error and scored. .
