OTHER: After sitting out the 2003 season recovering from shoulder surgery Mike played with the Threshers during their inaugural season in 2004. Mike made steady progress over the course of the season, and was voted by the fans as the winner of the jeffcrupper.com "Charlie Hustle" award in 2004. Mike will look to continue his progress from 2004 and make it to Reading before the end of the year.
Mike was traded to the Houston Astros early in 2005.
