OBTAINED: 8th round June 2007 draft.
OTHER: Chance spent 2007 at Williamport posting an impressive 2.09 ERA with a 5-3 record in 14 starts. He had 67K v just 20BB in 77.2 innings of work. He came to the Phillies out of Oral Roberts University where he was the was the all-time ERA leader.
In 2008 Chapman had another terrific season posting a 2.98 ERA at Lakewood with 118K vs just 37 BB.
