OBTAINED: Minor league free agent.

OTHER: Originally drafted by the Padres in the ninth round of the 2002 draft out of Wichita State University. He started 2007 at Reading, but struggled at the plate hitting just .191 on the year. He returned to Clearwater in 2007 just after the All-Star break looking to back on track and into his 2006 form.

In 2006 Brian Burgamy set a new all-time Clearwater record for runs scored in a season and for walks in a season.
